We begin with a 12-week solution focused commitment to clarify your goals and build a strong foundation of new habits. From there, we can continue with another 12-week cycle or shift to weekly, semi-monthly, monthly check-ins.  You may also simply stay in touch as needed.   

Group classes and recommended community events are also available to keep you inspired and connected.
